a long blog for the long weekend I had

I'm (ab)normal.

So, I was talking to my roomie, today. She's so cool, btw! And she thinks that it's creepy I remember details of our conversations. This is why I am afraid to say hi to people I remember from Kindergarten. Sigh. Lol, that is all. :D

Anyway, weather is crappy and my mood is crappy because midterms SUCK.

A Beautiful Friday

Wouldn't you agree? The weather's been awesome. Sun rays reaching my face and a nice breeze through my hair; I'm sad that I have to study for midterms this weekend. I really want to embrace the weather while it lasts...

Anyway, hope all is well and midterms are being aced!

Weekend Summary

Sorry my laptop was being weird and cuts out and then the audio and video don't match up sometimes, I don't know what's going on with my computer today...

Anyway, I hope you all have a fantastic weekend! I know I had one. I can't wait for future plans at Cal/St. Mary's. I need to put Santa Cruz on that list also. I really do want to visit, especially when it gets warmer so we can go to the beach because I look extremely pale according to Vicki... Please let me know if you agree, cause I seriously cannot tell. I'm not outside a lot like I was when we were in high school! I might start studying or reading outside now. Anyway, there's probably like half an hour before Jackie and Romer get back from mass, so I should get dressed... Today is a casual dress kind of day.

I can't wait to go home, but this weekend was an awesome first weekend back to school and a great way to start off the year. Sorry if I'm taking up so much of your time. This blog and the video itself are pretty much the longest entries I've done, but I've had an eventful weekend that needs to be told somewhere.

Hope you guys are good and keeping warm! And I want to see some more people come to Davis, I would love to do a group snowboarding trip if I can find a decently priced shuttle that goes to a decently priced ski resort. I think it'd be awesome. :)

I talk too much in this video. On the plus side, it looks like I'm learning how to eliminate dead time. Sorta? Maybe?

Happy (belated) New Year!

I am so homesick already, you don't even know. I like college life, but it's nothing like what I've got when we're all back home.

I hope the new year brings nothing but good things for everyone! I'd better see all of your pretty faces on Skype or the like.

Too bad winter break wasn't longer... Miss you girls!

PS I just watched Justher's video, hehe... An and I will probably do our normal, creeper resolutions list, but a more doable one would include:
- Stay awake in class, and I guess this should include go to sleep and wake up at a reasonable time
- Do better in school; focus and stay driven
- Less facebooking, but Skype is okay
- Don't get sick
- Go work out and eat better
- Try not to go home as often (it breaks my heart to say that, but it hurts just as much to leave)
- Explore more of Davis, and maybe Sacramento
- Visit friends at other schools
- Make new friends :)
That's all I can think of right now...
